ROLE:
Oversees development and implementation of the Fundraising Plan;
Identifies and solicits funds from external sources of support;
Reviews major grants and associated terms;
Plan and execute events and activities to raise revenue.

ROLE:
Helps develop and execute an annual Marketing Plan;
to providing guidance and oversight of SICA’s marketing plans, advertising strategies, public relations and brand image.

|
ROLE:
Guides the evaluation of the programs;
Aids the Executive Director, when possible, with the establishment of programs;
Provides a link between the board and the staff on program's activities. |
